Service Description

Wood Therapy Body Sculpting Wood Therapy is a natural, holistic body treatment that uses uniquely shaped wooden tools to contour and tone the body. Through targeted massage techniques, this therapy stimulates blood circulation and lymphatic drainage, helps break down stubborn fat deposits, reduces the appearance of cellulite, and promotes smoother, firmer-looking skin. Beyond its sculpting benefits, Wood Therapy also relieves muscle tension and encourages deep relaxation, making it a rejuvenating treatment for both body and mind. Benefits include: Improved circulation & lymphatic flow Reduction in cellulite & water retention Toning and sculpting of targeted areas Muscle relaxation & stress relief ✨ Ideal as part of a healthy lifestyle and self-care routine, Wood Therapy leaves you feeling refreshed, confident, and beautifully balanced. ✅ Before Wood Therapy 1. Hydrate well – Drink at least 2–3 glasses of water to support lymphatic drainage. 2. Avoid heavy meals – Eat light 1–2 hours before your session. 3. Skip caffeine & alcohol – They can dehydrate your body and affect results. 4. Wear comfortable clothing – Opt for loose, breathable clothes. 5. Shower beforehand if possible – Keeps skin clean and ready for oils/creams. ✅ After Wood Therapy 1. Hydrate again – Drink plenty of water to flush out toxins and aid lymphatic flow. 2. Avoid processed/salty foods – Stick to light, healthy meals to support detox. 3. No alcohol or caffeine for 24 hours – These slow down lymphatic cleansing. 4. Gentle activity – A light walk or stretching can boost circulation. 5. Rest & recover – Allow your body time to adapt and heal. 6. Moisturize your skin – Use a natural lotion or oil to keep skin smooth. How often you should have wood therapy massage depends on your goals, body type, and lifestyle: ✨ For body sculpting & cellulite reduction 2–3 sessions per week is common at the start (for 3–4 weeks). After visible changes, you can reduce to once a week or once every two weeks for maintenance. ✨ For relaxation, circulation & muscle tension Once every 1–2 weeks is usually enough. If combined with other wellness routines (like lymphatic drainage, exercise, or balanced diet), even monthly sessions can help maintain results. ⚠ Everyone responds differently — consistency matters more than frequency. It’s also important to let your body rest between sessions so your lymphatic system and tissues can recover.
